Harnessing the power of technology to deliver limitless capability.

Real examples of how we’ve worked with clients and found solutions for their issues, are the best way of demonstrating our ability and value. Reading through these recent Case studies will give you a better idea of what it’s like to work with us at Trio.

When ITV relocated their Daytime shows (Lorraine, This Morning & Loose Women) from Television Centre (White City) to a brand-new studio in Covent Garden, alongside launching a 120-person production office at 1 New Oxford Street, the timeline was fixed, and the stakes were high. The studio’s first live broadcast was scheduled for 5th January, leaving no room for delay.
Through our existing relationship with ITV Studios and proven track record, TRIO were initially engaged for the project by ITV’s Group Technology Project Manager. The scope changed to meet the milestones of the project and widened as a result of the expertise TRIO were able to deliver. From 26th November 2025 to 13th January 2026, we were onboarded as Technology Delivery Managers, working as an extension of ITV’s Group Technology and TechZone teams. Across approximately 140 desks spanning the new studio and office, we supported the implementation and troubleshooting of core services, including the corporate network (wired, WiFi), IPTV(BrightSigns), IP telephony (HP Poly Zoom platform), printing infrastructure, meeting room AV solutions across eight rooms. This included managing ITV’s technology partners, hands-on floorwalking support for production teams during the transition and UAT of all systems.
As the live broadcast approached, the focus shifted from validation to delivery. Working in close partnership with the studio’s Production Technology & Support teams, we helped resolve outstanding issues, stabilise core services, and prepare both sites under significant time pressure. With an ambitious deadline and a large-scale relocation in motion, collaboration was critical. Together, we worked through the final weekend to ensure the studio was fully operational and production teams were supported. The first live show aired successfully on 5th January, marking a significant milestone for the entire project team.

When ITV embarked on a large-scale security transformation, implementing Zscaler Zero Trust across 6,000 staff and devices, they needed a trusted partner to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption. TRIO stepped in to provide full-scale user support and deployment assistance, working closely with ITV’s project manager and network lead.
Our role extended across every level of the organization, from entry-level employees to board members. Over several months, we ensured that every aspect of the rollout remained on track, providing expert technical guidance and hands-on support. Our team’s ability to communicate effectively, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide a top-tier support experience resulted in outstanding user satisfaction.
The impact of our involvement with various ITV projects was recognised directly by one of ITV’s project managers: “The guys at TRIO are always top of my list if I need support with a complex & large-scale tech rollout. Not only is the quality of their output exceptional, but they are also highly dependable and experienced – knowing how to deal with teams under challenging circumstances and always willing to step up.” – Jon Jones, Consultant Project Manager
